Automation

Process Steps

1Read the Nikah procedure, policy, and intake form before submitting.
2Submit the online request with bride, groom, Wali, witnesses, preferred date, location, language, and officiant assignment preference.
3Upload required IDs, marriage license information, and any supporting documents no later than two weeks before the ceremony.
4Pay the Nikah/facility maintenance fee after staff confirms availability, then forward or upload the receipt.
5Complete two required meetings: logistics and marriage agreement, then premarital guidance.

Fees and Reservation Notes

Nikah/facility maintenance fee: $300.00.
The service fee does not include the scholar's honorarium; that is handled separately and discreetly.
Requested dates depend on facility and officiant availability and are not reserved until required steps are completed.

Policy Highlights

IAA uses an officiant auto-rotation for Nikah assignments. Rotation takes precedence unless the applicant specifically requests a Shaykh or Imam by name.
Named officiant requests are reviewed for availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by IAA.
East or West Wing first floor reservations are for 90 minutes from the reservation start time.
Standard masjid Nikah requests allow up to 75 guests; larger groups should use the IAAC MPH path.
Modest attire is required for all guests, participants, and photographers.
No music, banquet-style setups, confetti, cultural partition curtains, or disruptive conduct inside the masjid.
Food distribution is grab-and-go only in the first-floor east-side rotunda area.
Cancellation requests must be emailed at least one week before the ceremony.
